Privacy information

Updated September 23, 2026

How this hub handles information, and where to get help with privacy questions.

1. Scope and contact

This notice covers the CBI client hub at www.cbidog.com and explains how to raise privacy questions about the CBI workspace at app.cbidog.com. Canine Business Intelligence is a Growth Impact Group LLC venture. Contact hello@growthimpactgroup.com for privacy questions or requests.

The main marketing website at caninebusinessintelligence.com has its own published privacy policy, including information about its diagnostic, enquiry forms and advertising measurement.

2. Information on this client hub

This hub provides links and informational pages. It has no enquiry form, checkout, advertising pixel or analytics script added by CBI. It does not request your login credentials; the client-login link takes you to the separate CBI workspace.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, requested page and access logs to deliver and protect the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive the technical information needed to serve those fonts.

3. Information you choose to send

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you include. We use this information to respond, administer the business relationship, provide support and keep relevant business records. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information by email.

4. Client workspace and business records

The CBI workspace uses HighLevel. Account, contact, conversation and other business records may be processed to provide the functions enabled for your account. Connected providers depend on your service and configuration.

When a client business supplies its customer information, the client’s agreement with us, instructions and applicable data-processing terms govern our work with those records. If you are a customer of a business using CBI, contact that business about its use of your information. You may also contact us if you need help identifying the appropriate contact.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to host the hub, operate the workspace, manage business communications and maintain security. Depending on your engagement, providers may also support email, scheduling, telephony, payments or AI-assisted functions. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights and security.

Consistent with our published CBI privacy policy, we do not sell personal information for money.

6. Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or to exercise other rights that apply in your location. We may need to verify your identity and whether we or a client business are responsible for the information before responding.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the email or by contacting us. Merely viewing this hub or using the client-login link does not enroll you in marketing communications. Necessary account and service communications may still be sent.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, including service delivery, legitimate recordkeeping and legal obligations. Client-data retention and handover are also subject to the relevant service agreement.

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Tell us promptly if you suspect an account or data-security issue.

8. External services and international processing

Following a link to the main CBI website, a booking service, the client workspace or another provider takes you to a separate service. Relevant provider policies and contractual arrangements apply to those services. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable obligations and safeguards.

9. Children

This business website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

10. Updates

We may update this notice when our services or practices change. The date above shows the latest revision. For questions about this notice or your information, email hello@growthimpactgroup.com.
