Terms of use

Updated September 23, 2026

Clear expectations for using the CBI website and client workspace.

1. Who we are

Canine Business Intelligence (“CBI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a Growth Impact Group LLC venture. These terms describe permitted use of our client hub at www.cbidog.com and the CBI workspace at app.cbidog.com.

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@growthimpactgroup.com.

2. Your service agreement comes first

These website and workspace terms do not replace a signed proposal, order form, service agreement or data-processing agreement. Your agreement sets out the services you purchase, implementation scope, fees, payment dates, initial commitment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, support, data-handling responsibilities and any agreed service levels.

If these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for those services. Visiting this website or signing into the workspace does not by itself purchase a service, authorize a charge or create a new subscription. Advertised offers are subject to the agreement accepted for your engagement.

3. Accounts and access

Use the workspace only if you are authorized to access the relevant business account. Provide accurate account information, protect your login details and use individual user access where available. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or need a team member’s access changed.

You must have authority to act for the business and to supply the information, instructions and materials you provide. Do not attempt to view or use another business’s records.

4. Acceptable use

Use our website and workspace lawfully and within the scope of your authorized access. Do not:

  • Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited communications through the service.
  • Upload malware, interfere with security or attempt to bypass access controls.
  • Submit information or content you are not authorized to use or disclose.
  • Infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights.
  • Use automation or integrations outside the permissions and operating rules agreed for your account.

Client businesses remain responsible for their offers, customer relationships, communication permissions, consent records and lawful use of their customer information.

5. Automation and human judgment

CBI provides revenue and operations systems, which may include CRM configuration, marketing support, workflow automation and AI-assisted communication, depending on the agreed service. Availability and scope vary by engagement.

AI-generated output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important outputs and maintain the human approval and escalation rules agreed for your business. Dog training, behaviour, animal safety, veterinary matters and sensitive customer decisions remain with qualified people and the responsible business.

CBI is not a substitute for professional veterinary, legal, tax or other regulated advice. This website and workspace are not emergency-response services.

6. Your content and CBI materials

You retain your rights in the business content and customer data you provide. You authorize us and the service providers supporting the agreed service to process that material as needed to deliver it, subject to your service agreement and applicable privacy obligations.

CBI branding, website copy and other materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. You may use the website and materials for their intended business purpose; wider reproduction, resale or distribution requires the relevant owner’s permission. Ownership and licensing of commissioned work or account configurations are governed by your service agreement.

7. Connected services and availability

The workspace is delivered using HighLevel and may connect to other providers for functions such as email, telephony, payments, calendars or AI. Your engagement determines which services are enabled. Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, charges and availability limits.

Maintenance, outages, provider changes and internet failures can affect access. Any support commitments, usage charges, service levels and remedies are those agreed for your service. Contact us if access is interrupted.

8. Results and business decisions

We do not guarantee a particular revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, cost saving or other business outcome. Results depend on factors including your business, demand, offers, capacity, implementation and follow-through.

Historical examples from other businesses are not a promise of your results. See the CBI results disclaimer for the context of published performance statements.

9. Privacy and communications

Read our privacy information for how to contact us about personal information and how this hub relates to the CBI website and client workspace. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.

Using this website or signing into the workspace does not by itself opt you into marketing emails or text messages. Any campaign communications must follow the permissions, opt-outs and rules applicable to that campaign.

10. Access changes and ending services

Access may need to be restricted to address a security incident, unlawful use or an instruction from the authorized account owner. Service suspension, termination, notice periods, account handover and data export or deletion are governed by your signed agreement and applicable law. Contact us before ending a service to arrange any agreed handover.

11. Updates and your rights

We may update these website terms as the website or services change. The date above identifies this version. Changes to these website terms do not amend a signed service agreement or introduce new charges without the agreement required for those changes.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We have not added an arbitration requirement, a new cancellation charge or a separate limitation of liability through these website terms. Any agreed provisions on those matters are set out in your service agreement.
